Deep ruby in colour.

On the nose, vibrant aromas of dark cherries, forrest berries, damsun plums and lightly toasted oak. 

On the palate, aromas of sour cherries, blueberries, plums, toasted bread and taragon. (?)

Dry, medium acidity/body/alcohol/tannins with pronounced intensity. Medium+ finish

Went very vell with a medium rare lamb chop and root vegetables. 



Expert

Mørke bær, pepper og granbar på lukt. Skogsbær, dominert av bjørnebær, pepper, krekling og urter på smak. Kompleks syrah med god konsentrasjon, god lengde, samt en tydelig tanninstruktur. Utrolig lekker kombinert med rypebryst og soppsaus. 

90-91 poeng uten mat, 91-92 poeng når kombinert med maten.

Dyp rød farge. Mørke bær, anis og paprika på duft og smak. Medium pluss syrlighet. Lang ettersmak. Vinen bør dekanteres 1 time før servering. Mye vin for pengene
