Nydelig vin Santo til karamellpudding! Smak av karamell, nøtter og tørket frukt.

Tørket aprikos på duft, smaken følger duften i tillegg til mild, søt karamell. Mangler noe syre, bra lengde. Superdigg til blåmuggost! 

Amatør

Svisker, men på en god måte. Aprikos, blomster, nøtter på nesen.

Perfekt sødme, dyp karamellfarge. Hasselnøtt og mandler, urter. Veldig god, denne kjøper jeg ved neste anledning!

WSET 1

Deep amber in colour.

On the nose, super concentrated notes of raisins, honey, dried peaches, nuts and caramelised muscovado sugar.

On the palate, intense aromas orange caramel, almonds, dried figs and raisins. High viscosity similar to maple syrup. Lusciously sweet with pronounced intensity, high acidity, medium-body and a long finish. High ABV (14%) 
Oh boy what a treat. Drink now but can definitely age another 20+ years.

Paired with almond cake.

I also reckon a Vin Santo is what Jesus would’ve like to serve with dessert at the Last Supper 🤣
