Vinify was created to provide useful services and features to discover great beverages. As far as possible, Vinify avoids storing user information, and we will be as clear as possible about what kind of data we can see, process and store about the users of Vinify.

What Vinify uses your personal data for:

We offer services for comparing products, price and ratings. Here, users can evaluate and recommend products, as well as be directed to other places where the products are available for further information or purchase.
Through the Vinify account, our users log into Vinify. On your user profile, you can change the information we store about you and verify your contact information. Here you can also deactivate your account, or delete it permanently (which, when deleted, includes all data we have stored about you).
We improve our services based on analyzes of user behavior, user surveys and studies.
We market services from Vinify to our users via email, on Vinify's websites and in the Vinify app.
We share insights and analysis about Vinify with our external developers and other partners to develop new products. This is only a total number, not per different segments beyond logged in and non-logged in users.

How your personal information is shared with others

Vinify stores all data with our provider who hosts the service: Amazon Web Services.
Vinify uses Google Analytics for statistics and analysis.
Vinify uses Mailchimp to send out newsletters, and the necessary user information (name, e-mail etc) and consent information are stored there to be able to send out newsletters.
Vinify hires external technical project managers, designers and programmers to build and operate the service. They will also have partial or full access to data during the period they are hired.

Changes

Vinify reserves the right to change this information at any time. Active users will be notified in advance of any changes by email.
