Sparkling wine from Galicia I have never tasted before, so it will be exciting. The nose is creamy, porous and intensely fruity with yellow plums, currants, oranges and baked lemon. The autolysis is clean and elegant with sourdough and green tea. It is complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, fresh, mineral, intensely fruity and medium-acidic. It is beautifully balanced. The finish is medium long, fruity and mineral. 

It is lovely to drink now, but can easily be aged for 5+ years. This is truly a positive experience!
