Lemon, butter, vanilla, apple, yellow apple, cream, brioche, pear, almond, honey, stone, pineapple, lime, lemon peel, straw, salt, yellow fruit, oak, and some cheese. This so common in Norway that we often forget how fantasticly good it is for the low price we have to pay. It really gives an amazing expresion of a Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. So creamy and balanced, it actually has a nice intensity to. And with great acidity and minerality it really is the perfect summer wine

This is a really nice NV. Strange that i get surprised every time i drink it 😂 lovely balanced brioche toast minerals aromas that i love with an acidic punch and medium+ length lime green apple almond caramel
