Mursteinsrød. Røde bærfrukter, lett nyperoser og og dempede fatnoter. Mediun syre med en fløyelsmyk frukt, fantastisk balanse som tas over av flotte strukturerte tanniner, sitter lenge. Fantastisk vin

Arketypisk nebbiolo. Du har marachinobær, jordbær, litt bringebær, tydelig pottejord og keramikk, blomster, urter, eik og furu. Myk og tilgjengelig på smak. Godt integrert syre. Behagelige tanniner hvor det virker som vinen er eldre enn den er. Ettersmaken sitter lenge.

flott standard barolo fra elio altare. mørke bær, lakris, godt integrerte tanniner. balansert. topp moden nå, men tåler flere år til i kjelleren.

WSET 1

The nose is fruity with cherries, ripe strawberries and rose hips. There is also moist forest floor, red roses, truffles and balsamic vinegar. It is complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, fruity and medium-acidic. The tannins are noticeable but well integrated. The finish is long, structured and complex. 

It is lovely to drink now, and should probably be drunk within 5 years.
