Lukt: Gammelt og svett lær (på en positiv måte), modne kirsebær, sorte moreller, parfyme av fiol, sort trøffel, pepper, mer trøffel. Smak: Mørke og modne moreller, sort pepper, tørkete blomster, timian, tobakk, mokka, espresso, balsamico sirup, bålpanne og lær. Uendelig lang ettersmak. Så raffinert. Så mye historie. I et glass. En slurk.

Dette var en nydelig smaksopplevelse, en vin alle burde prøve! Kirsebær, lær, eik og jordlige toner🍷

The nose is fruity with cherries, blackberries and crowberries. There is also forest floor, licorice, skimmed milk and some vanilla. 

The palate is medium-bodied, intensely fruity and with high acidity. It is complex and well balanced. For this, quite a lot of new oak is used, so it needs time. Now the oak is subdued and nicely integrated. The finish is long and acidic. 

This can be aged for at least another 20 years, but it is still great to drink now. It pairs beautifully with the sirloin of Norwegian Wagyu.
