Takk til Campo de' fiori ( i Oslo) for god vin. Balansert, fruktig, ung og litt "spiss" som 2017 årgangen kan være. Uansett en perfekt Brunello med mye frukt og nydelig på nesen.

Amatør

The color has a brownish and mature rim. The nose is fruity with cherries and black currants. There is also dry forest floor and truffles. It is elegant and very appealing. 

The palate is medium-bodied, intensely fruity and acidic in fine balance. The tannins are mature and fully integrated. The finish is long and acidic. It is lovely to drink now, and will be nice to drink for at least another 10 years. It paired perfectly with this year's spring lambs grilled with charcoal. 

This is among my favourite producers in Montalcino!
