The 2018 Clos Rougeard Brézé Blanc slowly emerges from the glass with tightly wound, youthful scents of Bosc pears, yellow apples, nutmeg, and chalk dust with a waft of coriander seed. The dry, medium-bodied palate vibrates with energetic apple and spice flavors with a crisp backbone and long mineral-laced finish.

Wow – notes of honeysuckle, lemon tart, applesauce, and struck flint soar from the glass of the 2015 Clos Rougeard Brézé Blanc, leading to an undercurrent of wet pebbles and a petrol suggestion. The dry, medium-bodied palate delivers a racy line to support the intense honeyed-peach flavors complemented by a satiny texture, finishing long and perfumed.
