The nose is fruity with black currant and a little vanilla. The palate is fruity, has soft tannins and medium acidity. It is a very easy-drinking and appealing wine. It is also a pleasant alcohol level of 13.1%. It lacks some complexity and is perhaps a little too smooth. Still, it deserves 90 points.

Expert

Mørk rød på farge. På lukt får ein innslag av kirsebær, bjørnebær og eit hint av sedertre. På smak er det god syre, slanke tanniner og fin smaksopplevelse. Lang ettersmak. Veldig god Napa, frå ein varm årgang!

Amatør

Delicious typical California Cab. Perfect to a good steak

Dette er en vin som viser et helt annet uttrykk enn en typisk Napa Cab Sauv. Her er man på mer Bordeaux stil med annen eik bruk, mindre fylde og mindre kompleks, men med en strammere struktur og syre. 
Dette er en morsom vin på blindsmaking ;)

Nydelig! Perfekt kombinasjon med grillet wagyu🐃 Mørke frukter og eik.

Solbær men også noe rød frukt, krydder, eukalyptus. Knallvin! Moden men ganske juicy, myke tanniner. 

Medium garnet in color with a touch of brick, Matthiasson's 2014 Cabernet Sauvignon springs with youthful notes of kirsch, raspberry preserves, and mint tea, plus hints of dried roses and Sichuan pepper. The medium-bodied palate is so full of energetic red berry flavors, supported by fine-grained tannins and great tension, finishing long with a minty lift. Delicious!
