The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon has 4% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc, 1% Merlot, and 1% Malbec in the blend. Deep garnet-purple in color, it needs a swirl or two to coax out notes of fresh blackcurrant and Morello cherries giving way to hints of licorice, tree bark, and pencil lead plus a touch of dried Provence herbs. The medium to full-bodied palate has a firm, grainy texture and seamless freshness supporting the muscular black fruits, finishing savory.

Rich velvety texture and vibrant violet-edged plum in colour, with sweet silky tannins pressing down on the fruit right from the first attack to the close of play.
