Wine flight Cornas: Franck Balthazar Cornas Chaillot '17 fremstod som mest i sonen. Nydelig aroma, moden rødbærsfrukt med jern/pepper/blod. Velbalansert, god lengde. Samme cuvee i '16 mer power, men mer lukket. FB Cornas Casimir '22 (unge vinstokker) mer kantete. Allemand CC '16 opplevdes mer solar/varm. Cornas Reynard '19 mer luftig og kjøligere frukt, litt røff, men sikkert killer med viltmat. 

Aroma av dyp plomme, mørk sjokolade, tranebær, mint, pepper, anise

Pure frukt, fin balanse, vil lagre bra

The color is dark and dense. The nose is airy, porous and intensely fruity with cherries, blackberries, some blackcurrants and crow berries. There is also raw meat, pepper, and moist forest floor. It is complex and very appealing. The palate is full-bodied, velvety, intensely fruity, very acidic, and with noticeable tannins that nevertheless come into the background. It is beautifully balanced. The finish is very long and complex. It is lovely to drink now, but should be aged for at least another 10 years. It pairs well with entrecôte at Rolf’s Kök in Stockholm. TW95+

The nose is airy and intensely fruity with cherries, blackberries and crowberries. There is also raw meat and pepper. It is complex and very appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, velvety, intensely fruity, and acidic in a fine balance. The tannins are noticeable, but elegant and well integrated. The finish is long and complex. It is lovely to drink now, but could easily be aged for another 10+ years.

Medium mørk, orange lett brunet kant. Amarene kirsebær, sigareske, søt pipetobakk, rose pepper. Medium syre, frukten er ennå med oss og gir litt lett mørk kirsebærspreg, solbær, kirsebær, en del tertiære toner med underskog og pepper. Lett delikate tanniner og høy konsentrasjon. Sitter fint med en lang moden utgang.
