Til klassisk spaghetti carbonara - en rik vin som aromatisk har trekk mot hvete og mandler og blender fint inn mot pastaen samtidig som det er frukt og syre nok til å takle egg, pepper, pecorino/parmesan og guanciale.

The nose is clean and fruity with pineapple, apples and clementines. There is also some honey. The palate is medium-bodied, pure, fruity, and with a densely unredeemed fruit core. The finish is long and complex. It needs more time. It is also completely consistent after 48 hours!

The nose is intensely fruity with apricot, pineapple, and with clear citrus against mandarins. There is also resin and honey. The palate is pure, intensely fruity, acidic in fine balance and complex. The finish is long and complex. 

It was surprisingly mature and perfect to drink now. It can still be at this level for many years. It is a brilliant wine that was consistent over 48 hours.

The nose is intense and fruity with tropical fruits like peach, cantaloupe, dried mango, orange jam and ripe strawberries. There is also honey and resin. There is also a dense core that has not yet opened. It is very young, but still complex and appealing. 

The palate is full-bodied, intensely fruity and moderately acidic. The acidity is a bit wrapped in, but it is still present and balances the wine well. The finish is very long and complex. It is an incredibly complex wine that is beautiful now, but which should be aged for at least another 10 years. 

It has obtained 100 points in the literature, and it may well be that it will get there. It gave a nice pairing to Norwegian “fårikål”. 97 points.

The nose has dark yellow fruit, nuts and is slightly candied. The palate is full, velvety, fruity and very intense. It has medium acidity, but is very complex and long. There is no charm to drink it alone, but together with food such as the mushroom dish we had at La Pyramid it is absolutely fantastic! 94 points.

Kandisert appelsinskall, bivoks, muskat, kanel, nøtter i smør, medium syre, høy konsentrasjon, utpreget mineralsk, kremete munnfølelse, en fyldig vin med masse power, limer seg fast i munnhulen, med utpreget mineralitet og stor smaks kompleksitet blir dette rett så godt. 

Betydelig smalere og friskere på smak enn duft.

Tørket aprikos, gasbind, voks, anis, touch volatil på nesen, clean på smak, lav syre og høy konsentrasjon, mye friskere på smak enn nese, ekstremt markant saltpreg i finish, bitterhet som gir friskhet. En interessant og meget flott vin. Lukten trekker ned.
