A year with a lot of freshness and depth in the whites, meaning a good year to launch this new range of dry whites for Suduiraut. This is just 3hl/h yield. (and just 1hl/h for the sweet wine), but they have managed all the same to deliver a gorgeous wine with clarity of flavour, with power, slate and spice.

Inside Bordeaux

The 2020 Lions de Suduiraut is pale to medium lemon-gold color. It leaps with notes of orange blossom, fresh pineapple, and lychees with hints of honeycomb, allspice, and chamomile. The palate is fresh, lively, and forward, with vivacious, open-knit flavors and a good, long, honeyed finish.

På duft er det honning, aprikos, tropisk med gule frukter.

I munnen er det harmonisk med en sødme som passer godt med de tropiske fruktene. 

Veldig god, men kunne hatt en litt høyre syre for en bedre balanse. 

God konsentrasjon.

Amateur

Typeriktig sauternes. Moden tropisk frukt, honning, blomster og urter. Til dessert bestående av sitronkrem, crumble og tindved.
