Captures exactly what you want from an easy drinking Sangiovese-dominant wine. Translucent ruby in colour, touches of sour cherry on the opening before expanding into raspberry puree, sage and pomegranate. Deft, savoury, crunchy and gorgeous, with plenty of signature Italian juice, spice and pleasure. 2021 was a much drier vintage in Tuscany than in Bordeaux, but still cooler than a typical year on the Tuscan coast. Great value. Aged in large sized oak casks of 2500-3000l.
