Cornas

The nose is fruity with blackberries, cherries and crow berries. There is also freshly ground pepper, fresh blood and gunpowder. It is complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, intensely fruity, and medium-acidic. The tannins are noticeable but elegant. The finish is long and complex. It’s lovely to drink now, but will be even better in 10 years. It pairs well with neck from Iberico pork.
