The 2021 The Pivot Vineyard Pinot Noir is pale ruby-purple in color. It swans out with a delicate perfume of fresh strawberries, raspberry leaves, and cranberries, followed by hints of iron ore, tilled soil, and lavender. The light to medium-bodied palate shimmers with energy and grace, delivering red berry inspired flavors, mineral accents, and a satiny texture, finishing with beautiful harmony.
