Visited this winery on our last trip to Monforte d’Alba. Beautiful location on the top of the hill with a perfect view of Barolo district with Alps in the background

This wine is an everyday Chardonnay. Bit too high ABV and too warm in style for my tastebuds. Decent acidity for today’s meal: Spaghetti Carbonara made with Guanciale.
