Deep garnet-purple in color, the single-varietal 2021 Mimbre Cabernet Sauvignon waltzes out of the glass with flamboyant notes of blackcurrant jelly, wild blueberries, and kirsch plus hints of rose oil, tapenade, and cinnamon toast. The full-bodied palate is tightly wound with perfumed black fruit layers and a firm structure of grainy tannins and bright acidity, finishing with impressive persistence.

The 2019 Pina Mimbre Cabernet Sauvignon is deep garnet-purple in color. It prances out of the glass with glamorous notes of candied violets, star anise, and iron ore, giving way to a core of blackcurrant preserves, blackberry pie, and forest floor. The full-bodied palate is decadently seductive, chock-full of rich black fruits and perfumed accents, supported by firm, fine-grained tannins, finishing with a lingering shimmer.
