Støvete vanilje, nesten pulverform i gefeel. Mørkere lillarød frukt. Lilla plomme, bjørnebær, bringebær, jordbær, solbær.  Lift og tid gir mer tertiært av våt skogbunn og tobakk.

Tørr, middels alkohol og tannin, høy syre og lett kropp. Velbalansert. Pronounced. Begynnende modningsaromaer. Flott lengde. Klare, gjenkjennelige aromaer. 

Løst notert fra Jasmine sin introduksjon: 

Planted 02, less than 20 y/o vines, highest elevation together with the maritime at 500m ASL.
Exposed to ocean influences. Lowers yields, lots of fog, densely planted, helps balance the wine. 

60 parcels at Hirsch, all farmed individually.  
Makes 60 different wines every year. Used as feedback on their practices. If «he makes them the way he farms the wines will get better» (about dad). 
This vineyard at 6-7 y/o was noticeably different and was first started bottled alone in 2014. Powerful yet energetic balanced wine. 21 vintage is maybe their best wine ever.
