Røde plommer, skogsbær, pepper og et hint av paprika. Balanserte aromaer fra fat. God konsentrasjon, lange medium strukturerte tanniner i en lang utgang. Flott uttrykk av CF! 

Veldig god til côte de boeuf med peppersaus! 

Very reductive nose straight off pouring, will probably settle in the glass. Tastes great, however. Stunningly concentrated, especially at this price level, slightly stemmy red fruit with a peppered finish. Super acidity and amazing length. A fantastic effort from Mathieu Vallée and a prime example of what cabernet franc can offer.
