Cornas

Dense, medium purple in colour. Clean nose. Medium intensity, secondary aroma characteristics. This wine smells of blackberries, black currants, blueberries - a bit jammy but delightedly so, leather, animalistic tones (slightly so) and herbs. Youthful. Primary taste characteristics. Tastes of black currants, blueberries, blackberries and leather. 

Expert

Neighbourhood restaurant run by ex-Maaemo Pontus Dahlström, with a big wine list focusing on France and Burgundy in particular.

Kolonialen

Dyp rød farge. Lukket i starten. Trengte noe tid på karaffel/glass før den åpnet seg. Litt herbal på nesen i starten. Dufter av mørke solbær, skogbunn, sopp, stål og okseblod. God konsentrasjon med delikat syre. Litt grep i tanninene. Passer godt til kjøttretter med litt karakter.

The nose is fruity with blackberries, cherries and crow berries. There is also freshly ground pepper, fresh blood and gunpowder. It is complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, intensely fruity, and medium-acidic. The tannins are noticeable but elegant. The finish is long and complex. It’s lovely to drink now, but will be even better in 10 years. It pairs well with neck from Iberico pork.

Mørk raud på farge. Jordlig og røykt på nasa. God konsentrasjon, balanserte og struktuerte tannina. Veldig bra kjøttvin

Duft av mørke skogsbær og bjørnebær, skogbunn, urter og animalske toner
Kjøttfull mørk frukt som trenger litt tid på å åpne seg.

Skogsbær, sort pepper, lakris og urter. 
Moden frukt med avslipt tanniner.
