Amateur

Bright ruby colour, medium intensity, grilled cloves and cinnamon spice, but the acidity kicks in before it really has the chance to get going, shutting things down on the finish.

Inside Bordeaux

Bright acidities, with momentum but overly fresh redcurrant, rose bud, lemonsgrass and raspberry leaf. Located in Cissac-Médoc, owner and winemaker Geoffroy Moncany de Saint Aignan oversees an estate in a great location, clearly struggled in the vintage. Eric Boissenot consultant. 33% new oak for ageing.

The 2022 Vieilles Vignes is deep garnet-purple in color. Notions of stewed black plums, fruitcake, and sauteed herbs emerge from the glass, with touches of tar and damp soil. The medium-bodied palate delivers savory-laced black fruits with a chewy texture and herb-laced finish.

Korken var litt gåen. Smakte fortsatt bra

Look: medium red

Nose: medium intensity with plums and herbs on the nose. Some cedar and forest floor in the background. 

Palate: follows the nose with pronounced flavour of ripe plums. Medium intensity with velvety and melted tannins. A soft and pleasant Bordeaux. Classic finish.

En artig historie om denne vingården som ble kjøpt av noen kompiser fra Fredrikstad.

Middels rød farge med brunlig kant. Røde svale bær, solbær, og urter på duft og smak. Utviklet god og billig Bordeaux vin. Et lite vinkupp rett og slett. 

Dyp rubinrød, mørke frukter og smak av plomme. Eik og «earthy», urter , lær og tobakk.  Rund og fin Bourdeaux.

Søte mørke bær, kjeller, drikkeklar, fin balanse mellom primær og teriære dufter. Fint integrerte tanniner. Medium lengde og kompleksiter.

Tett, dyp varmrød…
Dyp duft av mørke og tørkede bær, tobakk og eik
Bløtt og mykt anslag, Solbær, svisker, lær og vanilje. Fin syrestruktur i utviklingen, (samstemmer med granateplene i hovedretten)
Fortsatt fine tanniner utover i en bærpreget og tørr finish.
