Blend av trousseau, poulsard og pinot noir. Tre måneder maserasjon på gamle eikefat. 

Halvklar rød med klar kant. Naturlig aroma av søte moreller, markjordbær og villbringebær, pepper og et hint floralt. Begynner reduktivt med litt kullsyre som avtar og avrundes i løpet av et par minutter. Fruktig og leskende vin med fin fylde, elegant rund syre og lette tanniner.
