Pale lemon. Smells of green apples, lemon zest, lime and minerals. Youthful aroma. On the palate, this wine tastes of lemons and lime, ripe apricot and nectarines, fresh green apples and salty minerals. 

This wine is dry. It has high acidity coupled with a cool refreshing mouthfeel. This wine is medium-bodied. Explosive flavour profile whilst remaining elegant. Medium+ intensity with good balance. Long finish.
