The nose is fresh and fruity with green apples, lime, mandarin and green grass. It is incredibly elegant and appealing. The palate is lean and elegant, yet intensely fruity, acidic and with a lovely minerality. The finish is long and balanced. I think this is perfect to drink now. It paired very well with cod loin with melon salad. 94 points.

Dyp gylden gulfarge. Smør, hasseløtter samt sitroner og gule epler og plommer med hint av vanilje og ananas på duft. Veldig frisk og nerverik på smak med klare mineralske preg av kritt og kalk samt modne smaker av nøtter, smør og hint av vanilje. Elegant med en god lengde.
