Kompleks vin som utvikler seg i flere faser. Starter med høy syre og mye eik. Eik dempes etterhvert og stenfruker, fersken, vanilje kommer frem. Synligheten går fra grønne epler over i bakt sitron. Tilbake til grønne epler før den flater litt ut. 

Amateur

It is not common to find this in a restaurant, and particularly not at a very attractive price. I am both expectant and excited. 

The color is quite yellow, but it still seems completely fresh. The nose is intense and full with plums, apricot and mandarin. There is also vanilla, honey and some caramel, and it is mineral. 

The palate is fruity and acidic with citrus and a little caramel. It is velvety, wonderfully complex, elegant and incredibly appealing. 

The finish is extremely long, fruity and acidic. This is a perfectly mature wine, and the best white wine this year! It was a great experience.
