Alltid godt med Montee de Tonnerre, kraftig og uttrykksfull, nesten litt plomme og steinfrukt over denne. Fin, saltaktig i stilen.

Lys gulgrønn farge. Mineralsk. Eple, kalk og sitrus på smak og duft. Konsentrert og flott vin. Lang ettersmak. Bør dekanteres

Pale lemon yellow. Clean and crisp nose with citrus, green apples, flinty sea minerals and some deeper aromas towards butter and nuts. Fresh acidity. Vibrant and playful with apples, pear, grapefruit, lemon and minerals. Nice balance. Long.

What is the best quality-to-price ratio wine you have purchased? This is one of mine! I purchased this wine a few years ago for about €30. It was great then, and it is even better now. At eight years of age, it still needs about two hours in a decanter to fully open up! Anyone else that enjoy a matured Chablis?

Expert

The nose is fruity with green apples, fennel and lime. It is mineral with limestones, and it is a little spicy. The palate is medium-bodied, velvety, fruity and medium-acidic. The finish is long and complex. 2013 is maybe not a typical, but still a very exciting vintage in Chablis.

Light lemon yellow. Sweet green apples, citrus, butter, minerals and light nuts. Fresh acidity. Playful and concentrated. Yellow apples, pear, minerals. Balanced and very long.

At 10 years of age it was time to revisit this very good Chablis. With age I find that Chablis gets some of the same aromas as central Burgundy. But often at a much lower cost. If you collect wines, then you should really reserve some space for Chablis!

The nose is a bit closed, but is completely clean, slightly fruity, a little green towards grass, and mineral. The palate is lean, mineral and very acidic. The finish is medium long and acidic. 90-92 points.
