Jeg er dessverre fortsatt nervøs når jeg åpner flasker fra V Dauvissat. Det er ikke mange uker siden vi hadde en mega premox Forets 2019! Men Les Clos derimot skinner som sola og er kandidat til årets beste hvitvin. Ung og frisk. Super nese med sitron og østers. Mer hvit en gul frukt. Mineralsk, høy konsentrasjon, energisk, vibrerende syre og følgelig lang. Vanskelig å ikke drikke opp dette nå, men vil utvikle seg videre i 5-10 år.

Glimrende til sjømat, salt og mineralsk. Likte godt

The nose is slightly fruity with yellow to green apples, pears and lime. There are also herbs, white flowers, some grass, and it is mineral. The palate is medium-bodied, fruity with orange, medium-acidic, and in fine balance. It is velvety and elegant. The finish is long and complex. It is nice to drink now, but will be even better over the next decade.

En eksepsjonelt ren Chablis, men en herlig lengde og strålende frisk, ren hvit frukt og lyse blomster.

Hvit steinfrukt, sitrus og voks. I tillegg er det et mineralsk preg med sjø og østersskall. Medium pluss, både kompleksitet og lengde.

En veldig god vin, men som mangler syren og intensiteten til foregående årgang.
