Nydelig nese. Kompleks, gule epler og litt nøtter. Svært kompleks på smak, fruktig, bra syre. Lang lengde. Trenger litt tid, men ikke mye.

Amatør

Perfekt grønn, saltaktig. Strålende syre og konsentrasjon, varer og varer. Strålende utvikling i glasset. Svært bra

Sommelier

The color is yellow-green. The nose is completely clean, very fresh and fruity with green apples, piel de sapo and lime. There are also white summer flowers, and it is mineral with salt and lime. 

The palate is medium-bodied, velvety, intensely fruity, mineral and with a noticeable and nicely balanced acidity. The finish is very long, acidic and complex. 

It’s surprisingly primary, but still lovely to drink now. This one could have been aged for another 10+ years, but I think this was a particularly good bottle.

En duft av sour cream, mandel, marsipan, og salt. 

En fyldig og ekspressiv grand cru Chablis. Utrolig flott syre enda. Veldig lite a-typisk, men lekkert, avflaskfrukt.
