Pale lemon yellow. Nice small bubbles. Red and green apples, pear, brioche and minerals. Fresh acidity. Great mousse. Vibrant and playful. Green apples, lemon zest, raspberries and minerals. Very long.

Drink from 2027 - 2045 (?)

I had the 2002 of this great Cuvée a few weeks ago. Then the 07 was released here in Norway. I had to grab a few bottles. Another superb wine. Really good.

Anyone that wants a top champagne on the same level as Dom Perignon or Cristal, but at half the price? Well, here it is

Lemon yellow. Nice small bubbles, lemon, apples and flinty minerals. Light brioche. Fresh acidity. Vibrant and playful with apples, lemon, citrus, pear and minerals. Nice structure and balance. Very long.

Drink from now until 2050?

The nose has ripe yellow fruit against canned plums, peaches, and a little fig. The autolysis is clean and elegant. The palate is pure, full-bodied, fruity and with medium acidity. It is a lovely mousse. The finish is long and complex. It is quite mature, and has come further than the best bottles of 1999, but it is in good balance and much better than the previous bottle I had 5 years ago. It also pairs well for food, which today lamb stew. 94 points.

Smaksbombe av dimensjoner, med ovnsbakte epler og pærer, modne fiken, aprikos, svisker, karamell, feit butterdeig. Balansert av en ganske god syre. Herregud for en champagne. Detta var saker
