Le Caillou 2023 has a deep garnet-purple color. It is a touch shy with blackberry pie and plum preserve notes slowly emerging from the glass, plus hints of garrigue, dried herbs, and tilled soil. The medium to full-bodied palate has approachable tannins and plenty of freshness to support the muscular fruit, finishing earthy.

The 2021 Le Caillou is deep garnet-purple in color. Notes of fried herbs and redcurrant jelly pop from the glass, leading to hints of kirsch and raspberry leaves. The medium-bodied palate is crisp and vibrant, with a slight chewiness to the tannins and a savory finish.

A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, the 2020 Le Caillou is deep garnet-purple in color. It opens with broody scents of tar and burnt tires, leading to notions of prunes, baked blueberries, and mocha with a touch of dried herbs. The full-bodied palate is taut with muscular fruit, supported by well-managed, soft tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing savory.
