Deep garnet-purple colored. Needs a little shaking to wake up notes of juicy strawberries, fresh red plums, and crushed rocks, plus a touch of spice box. The light to medium-bodied delivers bright red fruit and savory accents with ripe grainy tannins and a refreshing finish.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2023 Dalem reveals scents of rosebud tea, fruitcake, and unsmoked cigars with touches of dried herbs and dusty soil. The medium-bodied palate is chewy, with appealing freshness and just enough delicate fruit expression, finishing a touch rustic.

Bright, cheerful, sappy redcurrant, raspberry, red cherry, an array of fruit flavours adding to a sense of complexity and life, all on the fresh end of the fruit spectrum, with tannins that have bite. 50% new oak for ageing, 32hl/h yield. Harvest Septembelr 23 to October 12. Clay-limestone slopes.

Plomme, mørke jordbær. Ganske rustikk på nesen.

Smak av jordbær, sorte bringebær, noe alk. Ganske rustikke tanniner.

This wine is medium ruby.
On the nose it has pronounced intensity with aromas of red fruit (raspberry, sour cherry), black fruit (blackcurrant, blueberry), herbaceous (paprika, tomato leaf), herbal (oregano, dried herbs), spice (anise), minerals, slate, oak (vanilla, cedar), maturation (cooked plum). 
On the palate this wine is dry with high acidity, high tannins and high alcohol. With full body and pronounced flavour intensity. Flavours of red fruit (red cherry), black fruit (blueberry), ripe fruit, fruit driven, juicy, maturation (cassis). 
A long finish and suitable for bottle ageing.
Quality is outstanding. 92 points.
The alcohol at 15% is very much integrated and extremely balanced.

Middels rød farge med brunlig kant. Utviklet duft med blyantspiss og lær, fyldig Lang ettersmaken.

1750kr, men prisen gjenspeiler at den er gammel, ikke kvaliteten.

Lukt: bark, røyk, svisker, brent ved (?), blåbær/solbær.

Smaken er myk. Myk inngang med murstein, og bær, midtpartiet kommer en syre som er interessant for en så gammel vin. Det er en myk og interessant vin. Ettersmaken er av modne bær i retning ferske jordbær(?!?!). Pepper og svisker i ettersmak.
