Deep garnet-purple colored. Opens with notes of fresh red and black plums and red cherries, followed by hints of graphite, dusty soil, and dried herbs. The light to medium-bodied palate is fresh and fruity with red berry flavors and soft tannins, finishing with a cheeky lift.

A slightly subdued Fugue de Nenin, with plenty of fresh raspberry and fig fruits, juicy acidity, balanced, soft through the finish. For early to medium drinking, enjoyable although the real depths of flavour are found in the main estate wine in this vintage. Harvest September 13 to 28.

Inside Bordeaux

Tight through the palate, with high spice, although it delivers juicy damson fruits also, and attractive feathery tannins, studded with fennel and cocoa bean, 10% new oak. Federico Bertucci arrived ias vineyard and cellar master in 2024, heading over from sibling estate Léoville Las Cases.  as quality control, Antoine Mariaud technical director, originally from Sicily, joining Nenin from Bon Pasteur, lots of experience with drought viticulture.  Both would have overseen just the final bottling of this 2022 vintage.

Raspberry and red cherry, touches of crab apple on the signoff, but this is supple and carefully handled. 60IPT, 3.5ph, 38hl/h yield. 15% new oak for ageing, 3% amphora, harvest September 23 to October 1.

Smak av blåbær, sorte jordbær. Fine tanniner med fin konsentrasjon.
