Plommer, krydder, mørk og rød frukt. Etter en stund kommer det også frem blåbær og vanilje. Medium konsentrasjon, kjølig frukt, tørr, ikke for tung. 

Amatør

Slim black fruits through the mid palate, grilled black pepper and dried herbs, a big difference in structure from the 1st wine in the vintage, feels like skirting full ripeness. The new cellar at Grand-Puy Ducasse was ready for the 2023 vintage after almost 10 years of work.

Inside Bordeaux

The edge of gunmoke reduction that I found En Primeur is still evident in bottle, and the tannins are a little angular, although the crayon, mint leaf, black cherry, and cassis fruits bring Médoc typicity. 15% new oak.

Alcohol a little intrusive, which gives some astringency, although not bitterness, to the tannins. As it opens up, there are attractive floral and white pepper notes. Savoury Cabernet Sauvignon fruits.

Lukt av solbær, skogsbær, plomme, violet, skogbunn, sigareske, nellik og vanilje.

På smak er den rund og fyldig. Det er en bra bærkonsentrasjon med skogsbær, kirsebær og plomme. I tillegg er det blomster, krydder og vanilje. Ettersmaken sitter lenge.
