Carefully handled, giving depths to the blackcurrant and raspberry fruit right through the palate, and an enticing aromatic structure. Impressive, although once again you shoud expect fresh acidites that harden the tannins on the finish. An 18ha estate with th same owner as Château les Anguilleys.

Drukket i store sommelierglass fra Holmegaard for å følge utviklingen fra åpning. Lukt: mørke bær, blyant, lakris, eik og røyk. Smak: tørr, snerpete, mørke bær og lakris. Luftet et par timer, men synes den forble ganske lukket. Drukket til entrecote med røsti og balsamicosaus. Grei match, men finnes bedre alternativ.
