This is a fantastic vintage in Piedmont and also a vintage that has matured quite quickly. I generally think 2007 is fine to drink now. The nose is intensely fruity with ripe strawberries and cherries. There are also moist red roses, truffles, licorice and dark chocolate. It is very complex and appealing. The palate is medium-bodied, velvety, very fruity, medium-acidic and with noticeable but mature tannins. The finish is long and complex. 

It’s lovely to drink now, and will stay at its peak for at least another 10 years.

Hjemmelaget mat i staselige lokaler, trivelige folk. Vinbar med digge viner, deilig snacks og skikkelig god stemning.
