Give it a few hours of air and the fine structured tanins and strawberry comes out to play with the general fruit forward driven bold yet restrained CDP. Lovely structure and fine fruit. Would be super interesting in 10+years but drinks great already, that said I wouldn't open another bottle before at least 7 years.

The nose is intensely fruity with very ripe and slightly cooked strawberries and cherries. There are also red plums, licorice and moist forest floor. It is complex and exciting. 

The palate is lean, intensely fruity with fresher berries, and with medium acidity. The palate is much fresher than the smell indicates. 

The finish is long and acidic. 91 points. On day 2 it was consistent, or maybe with even fresher taste. It paired well with Secreto in Bellota quality.

Vinrød, transparent  på farge med lys kant. Kakofoni av duft med blå plummer, sjokolade, peppermynte-urt, integrert fat og hint av lakris. Tett og konsentrert men likevel elegant. Medium pluss syre, medium kropp, softe tanniner og lang finish. Litt trekk for høy alkohol på 15%, det varmer godt i brystet. Stor vin dette. Vi hadde den til confit de canard og rotgrønnsaker, ikke dumt.

The nose is intensely fruity with slightly ripe cherries and black currants. There are also exotic spices such as cardamom, gingerbread and moist forest floor. It is complex and exciting. The palate is quite lean, fruity, spicy, velvety and moderately acidic. The finish is long, fruity and quite acidic. It is nicely balanced and has entered a very good drinking window. Nevertheless, it has a long future. 94 points. It paired well with Galicia Gutrei Roxa D’Ouro. It is an Entrecôte from Grass-fed cows from Galicia that are slaughtered 12 -16 years old. The meat is then dry-matured for 40 days. This meat is exceptionally good!

The nose is fruity with ripe raspberries, blackberries and cherries. There is also dry forest floor and licorice. The palate is medium-bodied, fruity with raspberries and cherries, and medium-acidic. The tannins are mature and fully integrated. The finish is long and fruity. 

It is perfectly mature now, and probably won’t get any better even if it can be aged for another 10+ years.

The nose is fruity with raspberries, strawberries and blackberries. The fruit is very ripe and slightly burnt, and thus typical of the vintage. There is also marzipan, black tea, forest floor, leather, pepper and blood. It is very complex. 

The palate is medium-bodied, fruity and with medium acidity and very clean. 

The finish is long and fruity. It is perfectly mature now.
