The nose is fruity with black currants, cherries and blackberries. There is also forest floor, pepper and a little vanilla. It is complex and incredibly elegant. The palate is fruity with lighter berries such as strawberries and raspberries. It is complex and nicely balanced. The tannins are elegant, mature and completely integrated. The finish is long, fruity and acidic. It is perfectly mature and pairs perfectly with Secreto from Iberico pork in Bellota quality. 95 points.

Expert

The nose is light and airy, and fruity with strawberries, red gooseberries and rose hips. There is also moss and dark chocolate. It is very complex and appealing. The palate is slim to medium-bodied, highly concentrated, velvety, porous, light and with noticeable but fine-grained and elegant tannins. The finish is very long and complex. It is lovely to drink now, and pairs perfectly with sirloin of lamb. Nevertheless, it should be aged for another 10 years. TW97
