Medium to full-bodied, the palate is tightly packed with earth and mineral layers, supported by fantastically ripe tannins and a lively backbone, finishing long.

Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2021 Pluribus bursts on the scene with flamboyant notes of creme de cassis, blueberry preserves, and mulberries followed by hints of lilacs, Indian spices, and fragrant soil. The medium to full-bodied palate is wonderfully fresh, with firm, fine-grained tannins supporting the bright, vivacious fruit, finishing long and zippy.

The BOND Pluribus 2020 has a deep purple-black color. It needs a little swirling to unlock profound scents of blackcurrant jelly, black cherry compote, and boysenberry preserves, leading to touches of garrigue, licorice, and violets. The full-bodied palate shimmers with energy and tension, framed by fantastically ripe tannins, finishing with loads of pure black fruit and mineral layers.

The BOND Pluribus 2019 has a deep garnet-purple color. At first it delivers broody notions of tar, truffles, and crushed rocks, soon opening out to notes of plums preserves, blackcurrant pastilles, and iron ore. The medium to full-bodied palate has a finely grained texture and just enough freshness to frame the savory layers, finishing long and minerally.

Deep garnet in color, the 2011 Pluribus storms out of the glass with powerful notes of baked blackcurrants and plum pudding followed by nuances of dusty soil, cinnamon stick, and iron ore. The full-bodied palate maintains a rock-solid structure of firm, grainy tannins and bold freshness to match the intense earthy flavors, finishing on a lingering ferrous note.
