Deep purple-black colored, the 2018 St Eden charges out of the gate with rambunctious notes of wild blueberries, cassis, and mocha followed by suggestions of charcoal, fertile loam, and cardamom. Full-bodied, firm, and tightly knit, the palate has a sturdy structure and seamless freshness, finishing long and minerally.

The 2021 St Eden is deep garnet-purple in color. Notes of boysenberry preserves, creme de cassis, and blueberry preserves jump from the glass, followed by hints of dusty soil, cumin seed, and crushed rocks. Full-bodied, rich, and densely laden with fruit, the palate delivers fantastic tension and exhilarating black and blue fruit layers, finishing on a lingering anise note.

The BOND St Eden 2020 is deep purple-black in color. It is a little closed to begin, soon unfurling to reveal notes of dark chocolate, baked black plums, and crème de cassis, with underlying suggestions of charcoal and fertile loam. The full-bodied palate delivers layers of energetic black fruits with a firm, grainy texture and a long, fruity finish.

The BOND St Eden 2019 has a deep purple-black color. Vibrant notes of crushed blackcurrants, Morello cherries, and boysenberries leap from the glass, leading to hints of cardamom, baked plums, and forest floor, with a waft of bay leaves. The full-bodied palate is bright and pure, with a lively backbone and fine-grained tannins paving the way to the long, savory finish.

Deep garnet in color, the 2011 St Eden opens with notes of stewed plums and black cherries leading to a core of tobacco leaf, spice box, and warm cassis with a waft of dried Provence herbs. The medium to full-bodied palate has a refreshing backbone and loads of savory layers framed by pleasantly chewy tannins, finishing long and lifted.
