Bjørnebær, lær, moden plomme, dufter litt nylagt asfalt, bitte lite hint av vanilje som minner deg om at du er i Spania, men ikke så mye som i en del andre spanske rødviner. Balansert utgang. Siste slurk er bedre en første (kan godt stå i 3 timer…)

The nose is fruity with ripe dark fruit. There are black currants, cherries, blackberries and crow berries. The palate is fruity, structured and nicely balanced. The tannins are noticeable, but quite elegant. The finish is medium long and fruity. It is a very lean and elegant wine to be from this warm area. It is nice to drink now, but will develop for at least another 10 years. It paired well with Mangalitsa spare ribs. 93 points.
