Lukt: Solbærsirup, varme bjørnebær, kokos, tørket frukt, julekake,  nellik, salt lakris. 
Smak: Nydelig konsentrasjon og tykk, fløyelsaktig munnfølelse med dunmyke tanniner. Røyk, havtåke, kveldsdis, søte mørke plommer, modne bjørnebær, varm nellik, stekt kokos. I ettersmaken kommer mørk sjokolade.

Duft av vanilje, treverk, modne mørke bær, lakris og urter. En sødmefull og kraftig vin som samtidig har en myk munnfølelse. 2014 er tilgjengelig og behagelig nå, men hadde bok vært enda mer nyansert med 5 år til. En meget god vin fra en del av Vega Sicilia. 

WSET 2

The nose is fruity with ripe dark fruit. There are black currants, cherries, blackberries and crow berries. The palate is fruity, structured and nicely balanced. The tannins are noticeable, but quite elegant. The finish is medium long and fruity. It is a very lean and elegant wine to be from this warm area. It is nice to drink now, but will develop for at least another 10 years. It paired well with Mangalitsa spare ribs. 93 points.
