Rødlilla rarge. Konsentrert nese med dufter av solbær, mørke skogsbær, begynnende hint av skogbunn, lærsadel og delikat spice. Meget god til biff med bernaise. Behagelig syre og noe avrundede tanniner. Gog og konsentrert vin med middels pluss lengde.

This is an enjoyable 2nd wine, slim and savoury with cranberry and raspberry fruits, oyster shell salinity on the finish, and soft tannins. 60% aged in oak bares, 40% in cement eggs. 

Inside Bordeaux

Cherry red in colour, this is supple, gourmet, easy to drink. Showcases an approachable style of Pauillac without sacrificing the savoury Cabernet Sauvignon black fruit character. 40% made in cement eggs, the rest in barrel, with 15% new oak.
