The estate has had 400 years in the same family, with Marie Veronique Laporte in charge today. Pleasingly mouthwatering from the first sip, with black fruits, and a sense of interest and personality. Fades on the finish, but there is a saline, sinewy character to the tannins, and it has been well constructed. On the northern part of Listrac close to Châtau Clarke. Christophe Coupez consultant.

Inside Bordeaux

Sweet fruit on the nose, black cherry and fruit pastille, lacks a little acidity through the palate, a reflection of the heat of the vintage, this is charming but drops on the finish. 10ha estate run by Véronique Laporte.
