The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Fay has 1.5% Cabernet Franc in the blend. Deep garnet-purple in color, it bursts with bold notes of blackcurrant cordial, plum preserves, and juicy blueberries, plus wafts of lilacs, Indian spices, and vanilla pod. The medium to full-bodied palate is soft and juicy, with loads of spicy accents and great length.

På nese duft av mørke plommer, moreller, tobakk, stall, anis og vanilje. Smak av mørke plummer, krekling, sjokolade og vanilje. Godt integrerte slipte tanniner, høy syre, god konsentrasjon og lengde. En kompleks og balansert vin som har mange år igjen. 92-93p

Mørk blålilla på farge. Dufter av mørke bær, cedertre, fuktig lærsadel og lett tobakk. Enorm konsentrasjon og dybde. Balansert syre med lang finish.
