Medium intensity plum colour, this has ripe fruits and gently smoked oak, leans into the vintage with its savoury finesse but retains Haut-Medoc character. Good stuff from owner Alain Meyre.

Inside Bordeaux

Medium intensity ruby colour, a little squeezed through the palate, blueberry and bilberry fruit, fine and perky but short on the finish. Harvest 16 September to 5 October, 38 hl/ha yield, 40% new oak. Owners Nathalie and Julien Meyre.

Medium intensity ruby red, enjoyable if a little unbalanced with fresh acidity on the attack emphasing austere tannins. Plenty to love though, curving upwards through the palate, black chocolate, intense with a mint leaf kick of freshness. This is enjoyable, with appellation typicity.

A Merlot-dominant Haut-Médoc, sweet black cherry fruit on the first attack, super charged extraction, bitter black chocolate is dominant, good quality, a little overdone.
