Medium acidity, high alcohol, full body and silky mouthfeel. A white burgundy style with warmer fruits (e.g. peach over apple) and some fresh greenish notes (I’d say herbaceous for the lack of a better word). While the latter contributes to keep the mouth fresh and balances out the alcohol, it adds a twist that doesn’t meet my taste. Finish is also medium

Kjøpte La Crema: 2 Cardonnay og 2 Pinot Noir på tax free sist uke. Vinene finnes også på VMP men ca 50 kr dyrere. Jeg synes chardonnayen er den beste av de to. Mørk gul, på nesen: eiket, sitrus og litt fet. God sødme, litt høy syre (trenger mat til) men fine frukttoner, aprikos, eple. Veldig typeriktig amerikansk chardo.
