CITRUS! Lemon, lime, grapefruit, green apple, lemon zest, lemon squirt, peach, pear, almond, toast, guava, pineapple, brioche, minerals, fizzy candy, vanilla, cream, yeast, butter, acacia, apple blossom and some hints of red currant. This is one of the most citrus driven champagnes I have tried in a long time. Very intense lemon at the beginning, but after some mintes in the glass it starts to show more fresh fruit, nuttiness and yeast notes. Very nice balanced and did I say intense citrus?

Gulgrønn. Aromatisk og kompleks med tørkede blomster, fine mineraltoner, våt og tørr stein, mineralsk. Stort og fyldig anslag, flott kremaktig skum god syre, godt med stoff lang og kompleks ettersmak med mye mineraler og lagringspreg.

(Magnum) Simply outstanding, and although I initially mistook it for a Blanc de Blancs, it's actually composed of 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir⁠.⁠

Despite the cooler conditions in 2011, it displays remarkable ripeness and generosity, boasting a medley of tangerine, lilies, pink grapefruit, green apple, sea shells, iodine, and crushed walnuts⁠.⁠

The palate offers a mellow, well-proportioned experience with a refreshing mousse that's complemented by savory, invigorating mineral notes combining citrus and ripe orchard fruit flavors⁠. 92+⁠

Fine wine advisor

Honey, baked lemon, yellow apple, dried apricot, walnut, caramel, vanilla, mushroom, ginger, fig, salt apricot jam, oak, cinnamon, minerals, cream, butter and vanilla. This was a perfect developed bottle. The mouth feeling was creamy and rich with a smooth acidity that made this a champagne to remember. Long complex finish.
