Apple, yellow apple, peach, apricot, honey, brioche, almond, dried apricot, lemon, lemon peel, cream , yeast, minerals, chalk, butter, oak, vanilla, pastry, mango, pineapple, raspberry, strawberry, acacia and plum. Always a treat to get e Bottle of Egly-Ouiret. It is a really Rich and comfy champagne with very nice  oaky flavors and deep yellow fruits. The balance is close to perfect, concentration is really good and the finish is long with super nice fruit and toast.

Fantastisk vin. Kompleks og ung. Litt skarpere enn 2017. Fremdeles godt preg av autolyse og røde bakte epler. Godt lagrings potensiale!

Medium gylden. Dufter av røde epler, sommerhonning, ristede mandler, smørloff, salt sjø, kandisert appelsinskall. 
Fresht og samtidig modent smaksbilde. nydelig syre. medium pluss konsentrasjon. gode greier!

En veldig generøs og god vin! Utrolig behagelige og små bobler, fantastisk lukt og smak. En veldig god kompleksitet som passet flott til torsk og smørsaus. Hint av gul frukt med litt eik og vanilje. 

Gyllengul. Røde epler, sitrus, brioche. Fine bobler og munnfølelse. Rikere stil men frisk avslutning og alt i alt en fantastisk champagne. 

Fylig med mye frukt. Frisk og høy syre. Lang utgang.
